Journalist Dana Milbank examines the Fox News phenomenon Glenn Beck. Beck has gone from being a shock jock deejay (employed by WRKA in 2002) to being a leader in the conservative movement particularly the tea party movement. I was interested in this book because I saw the author on a talk show discussing this book. I thought the book was interesting because I am intrigued by his popularity. Beck is a showman who uses props to make his point using chalkboards and even puppets. Milbank uses many quotes from Beck to show his style and the things that he says. He is fascinating that's for sure. I recommend to anyone, but I would imagine that Beck fans would not want to read it.
